Create a Family
What is Family?
A Family account allows you to share device access with your family members in the same family. Devices that are added to the family account are accessible and manageable by the members on the family account.
1. Create a Family
There are two ways of creating family. Open your Bosma app to the home page. You will see the “Family” icon on the left side. Tap “Family”. Or tap the three lines at the top left corner of the screen.
2. Enter Family Name
Enter the family name here and tap “CREATE FAMILY”.
3. Invite Member
Enter the email address of the person you wish to invite and tap “SEND INVITATION”. Once the person accepts the invitation, he is then added to the family on Bosma App.
4. Add Devices to Family
You should be able to see any devices that have been added to your personal account on the step for “Add Device” for the family account you have created. If it’s empty, please go back to the home page and add devices to your personal account.
