Create a New Account
Login Screen
After downloading the Bosma app, open the app and you will see the login screen. If you already have a Bosma account, enter the email address and password, and press “LOG IN”. Otherwise, press “REGISTER” to create a new account
1. Country/Region Selection
Select the country/region where your Bosma devices are located.
Note: Country/region selection cannot be changed. It is very important that the country/region selection is correct. Why?
2. Username
Enter a username. Username may be used in notifications and family member name displays.
Note: username is NOT used for login. You may only log in with your email address.
3. Email Address
Enter your email address. You will use this email address for login.
Note: Email address currently cannot be changed. Please use an email address that you have long-term access to.
4. Password
Enter a password. Currently the password must be 8-20 characters, numbers and characters only.
5. Verification
An email with a 6-digit verification code will be sent to your email address. Enter the verification code you received and press “Verify”.
Note: The email will be sent from “register@bosmasmarthome.com”. Please check your spam/junk folder if the email is not in the inbox. You can also resend the verification code after 90s.
6. Login
If verified successfully, you will be automatically redirected back to the login screen. Enter your email address and password, and tap “Login” to log in.
