Reset Password

Forgot Your Password?

If you forgot your password, press the “Forgot Password?” link on the Bosma app’s login screen to reset your password.

Note: Currently you can only reset your Bosma account password in the Bosma app. While you are able to login with your Bosma account on the Bosma website, you are not able to reset your password on the website.

1. Enter Your Email Address

Select the country/region where your account is registered, and enter your account email address.

2. Verification

An email with a 6-digit verification code will be sent to your email address. Enter the verification code you received and press “Verify”.

Note: The email will be sent from “register@bosmasmarthome.com”. Please check your spam/junk folder if the email is not in the inbox. You can also resend the verification code after 90s.

3. Reset Password

If verified successfully, you will be redirected to the password reset page, where you can set a new password. Currently the password must be 8-20 characters, numbers and characters only.

4. Login

After you reset your password, you will be redirected back to the login page. Enter your email address and the new password, and tap “Login” to log in.
