RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However. if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

You may request a return of your order within 30 days of the delivery date. Orders shipped outside of continental United States are not eligible for returns. Returned items must be properly packed in their original packaging, with original tags and labels attached. 

This return policy only applies to items purchase on www.bosmasmarthome.com. Bosma products purchased from a 3rd-party seller or platform (e.g. Amazon.com, retail stores, etc.) are subject to the return policy of the seller or platform, please contact the seller or platform for return requests.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Open-Box Items
  • Refurbished Items

Returned items may be subject to a 10% restocking fee depending on their condition when returned. We will not apply a restocking fee if items are returned for the following reasons:

  • Items are visibly damaged upon delivery
  • Items have physical defects
  • Customer receives items that are materially different than originally purchased items

We will apply a 10% restocking fee if items are returned for the following reasons:

  • Customer no longer wants the items for reasons other than defective items
  • Undeliverable or refused delivery

For defective or damaged products, please contact our customer service to arrange a refund or exchange. We will replace products that malfunction due to defective parts or workmanship at no charge to you, subject to our Product Warranty.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at support@bosmasmarthome.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping label. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then attach the shipping label and drop the package at a designated carrier dropoff location.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least three (3) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify your return has been processed.
